Course - Non-Profit Organisations
This course of studies aims to procure knowledge and qualification for students in management and leadership positions or who strive for such a position, especially those who are full-time employed.
The students should be able to understand NPOs and be able to explain the characteristics of these types of organizations in comparison with for profit organizations.
The students should understand the importance of management, financing and public relations of NPOs as well as the upcoming issues in regard of the sector and some cultural characteristics.
There do not exist any limitations in regard of time!
You decide when to start your studies and when to end them. The average course takes 10 weeks (achievable while working).

After the admission you get access to the CAMPUS-internet-platform where you will find everything you need for your studies – the lectures, lecture notes, the student fora for the particular courses and more.
Distance Learning means that you can apply for, study in and finish the course without ever having been to the beautiful city of Wels.
To graduate in the Short Course “Non Profit Organizations” you have to pass the evaluation of a 10 page paper on the topic of the course.

The Short Course “Non Profit Organizations” costs all-inclusive EUR 400,- (tax free according to sec. 6 para. 1 no. 11 subpara. a Austrian Value Added Tax Act).
The fee includes the complete studies material (in digital form available via the studies platform CAMPUS) and the evaluation of the paper (a necessary repetition of this exam generates extra-costs of EUR 120,-).
